Here at Bethany Memorial Baptist Church we have decided to partner with Centreville Baptist Church and Halls Harbour Baptist Church in sponsoring a Syrian refugee family. With this commitment will come many needed hands. Over the coming months we will be fundraising money to get a family here out of a dangerous environment and into a safe one.
We will be having an information session on Wednesday, September 2nd at 7:00 pm here at the church. Our guest speakers will be: Matthew Fast and Paradise Baptist Church who is currently in the process of sponsoring a refugee family.
Please join us for the service and a time of light refreshments to follow. We will have a bake sale table set up to support the family we are sponsoring. God bless and we hope to see you there.
