Rev. Elias Mutale was with us on September 15th and spoke on “The Greatest Take Out Order Ever Made.” He gave an inspiring and encouraging message about how we are called to accept and love everyone no matter where they come from. We are called to love all people, at all times just as Jesus does. “To turn people’s lives around is the business of the church” Elias reminds us and that, “There is no child that has gone too far that Jesus can’t turn their life around.” Reading from John 11:1-44 the story of Lazarus. A man who died and that Jesus resuscitated from the dead. The Rev. makes the connection between taking off the grave clothes of Lazarus and taking of the grave clothes of others who have died to their sin and have risen to new life in Christ.
